Produced cost of sales, historical and sales log analyses to examine each component of the territorial sales and marketing effort. Managed all phases of manufacturer, distributor, consumer education, contracts, and perk programs. FIELDS OF SPECIALIZATION:
Appraiser organizes, manages and performs all functions required relevant to an appraisal practice (including scope of work; data gathering from public and private sources like FEMA and MLS systems; replacement cost programs; reviews sales contracts; research of demographic and community characteristics; interviews with realtors, sellers, public planners and assessors; reviews and analyses HOA budgets & minutes; complies with USPAP, HUD/FHA, GSE’s and lender regulations throughout the process of analysis and reporting of data and conclusions.) Appraiser performs evaluation and review processes exclusively in Summit County and Wasatch counties, which are two of the more challenging markets in Utah as we are a ski mountain resort community.
